Aaron got hooked on triathlons searching for a competitive fix after a 5 year stint as a professional soccer player. Aaron played 5 seasons with the Charlotte Eagles in the United Soccer League, before reaching back to his childhood to resurrect a love for competitive swimming. All he needed was to learn how to ride a bike! The 3 sport combination of triathlons has been a fun and challenging endeavor that never ceases to provide variety and competition of all kinds.
Aaron is married to his college sweetheart and they have a one year old daughter. He is currently a soccer coach at Messiah College, 7-time NCAA D3 national champions. Above all, his passion is living in friendship with God and helping others become disciples of Jesus. In light of eternity; all trophies, records and championships will fade away and the glory of God will be all that matters.
